Sun        30K easy (with 10K steady pace)
Mon        20K easy (with 5K steady pace)
Tue        4x2K +2x1K  +5K jog
Wens       10K easy
Thurs        8k fartlek
Fri            15K easy
Sat           10K steady
 
3 Weeks to go    (Tapering down)
Sun        20K easy (flat)
Mon        Rest
Tue        4x2K + 5K jog
Wens    15K
Thurs    10K
Fri         15k
Sat        10K (with 10x100 strides)
 
2 Weeks to go
Sun        20K easy (flat)

Tues       6x1K +5K jog
